En enrichissant l’expérience en magasin avec de nouveaux services (commandes en magasin livrées chez soi, self-service, outils permettant d’exploiter le parcours online dans le point de vente, etc.) les marchands exploiteront mieux l’opportunité que représente le showrooming en termes de ventes supplémentaires et de renforcement d’une base client fidèle.
